TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TWIZLER LIMITED
By reading our terms and conditions and purchasing goods from us, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.
Orders
Please note that we supply to retail customers in the UK and Worldwide.
How do I order?
Shopping is easy and secure at Twizler. Just browse around the store and add the items you want to your shopping basket. When you are ready, click on one of the 'Proceed to Checkout' buttons and enter your details into the form.
Private Individuals
Payment can be made by BACS, via PAYPAL or by Card.
You will need "cookies" enabled on your web browser to shop at Twizler. Most web browsers, including Internet Explorer have this feature on by default, so you should have no problems.
Making a payment
When you order online you will be directed to PayPal or our merchant where your payment transaction will be processed. Twizler does not intervene – the system is automatic and your account will be charged immediately.
Cookies
Cookies are used to enable you to take your shopping basket with you from page to page. If you do not have “cookies” enabled, you may find that you can only add one item to your basket which subsequently disappears when you go to another section. If this happens, you will need to enable “cookies”.
Pricing
We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to validate all prices before we process your order.
All prices are displayed in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
Delivery
Our aim is to despatch all orders within 1 working days. If there is likely to be a delay in despatching your goods, possibly because we are waiting for stock, we will let you know the expected despatch date. Once your order is ready for despatch we will advise you. If the time frame is not suitable for you we will give you the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Private Individuals - For orders with a UK postcode, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands your postage is included in the stated price when choosing the standard Royal Mail delivery option (default) which is typically 2 working days. Customers do have the option on checkout to pay an additional £1 for First Class Postage.
Our products
We design, print and manufacture all products in the UK. We make every effort to ensure that all goods on our website are described accurately. However, we will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website. We will attempt to correct any problems as soon as we are aware of them. Illustrations and descriptions of products are provided as a guide only. Product Colours may be subjective.
Refunds, returns & cancellation policy
If your goods are found to be damaged on arrival or they are faulty please contact Laura Murphy by phone on 01959 532532 or by e-mail laura@9e99bd.co.uk.
If you simply change your mind please return the card with your order details to Laura Murphy, Twizler, Unit 4, Hilltop Meadows, Meadow Farm. Old London Road, Knockholt, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN14 7JW who will be happy to provide a full refund.
Suitability of products
The products we sell are greeting cards and gifts. Many of our greeting cards are hand finished with crystals or googly eyes - they are not sold as toys and are unsuitable for children under 36 months.
Payment processing is performed using Elavon, Sage pay, or PayPal
Security is probably one of the most significant concerns when ordering over the internet. Transactions through our Merchants is secure, probably more so than using a credit/debit card in a shop as the information submitted is encrypted using highly complicated logarithm combinations. Even we don't see credit/debit card numbers and they are not stored on our system
Privacy policy
Twizler makes a commitment to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We collect your name, address, phone number and e-mail address when you place an order. We need this information so we can complete your order and contact you if there is a query.
We do not store your credit card details.
We would like to send email newsletters to you using our mailing list which may include details of new products, new card projects or that contain offer codes. You may unsubscribe to it if you wish by click on the link at the bottom of the newsletter email.
